Check in & check out

Check in at 14:00 · check out at 12:00. If you arrive early, you can wait at La Vaca de San José restaurant, right next to the hotel.

Deposit

Bookings are held with a 50% deposit of the total, by bank transfer, and the balance is settled on arrival. If you would rather pay in full on arrival, that works too: you pick it on the last step of the booking.

Holding your booking

Everything on WhatsApp. Message us with your dates, how many you are and which cabin or room you like: reception confirms availability and you agree on payment. Nothing is booked or charged on the site.

Cancellations

Holding your dates on WhatsApp is free and nothing is charged in advance. If your plans change, tell us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and we'll release the dates at no cost. If you agreed a deposit with reception: refunded in full with more than 7 days' notice, held as credit for 6 months between 7 and 3 days, retained with less than 3 days' notice or a no-show. On high-demand dates (Easter week, long weekends, December) a deposit may be required to confirm.

Meals

Rates do not include meals. La Vaca de San José restaurant, under the same ownership, is right next to the hotel.

Pets

Only in the pet-friendly rooms in Phase 2. Let us know when booking so we can assign one and confirm the pet fee.

Extra guest

The rate covers two people. Each additional guest adds $500 MXN per night, in any cabin or room, as long as the unit's capacity allows it.

Jacuzzi & temazcal

The outdoor jacuzzi is $300 MXN for one hour for two people. The temazcal is booked at reception.
